Dont have a TT bike? Merckx Time Bonus
No TT bike, no problem mon. You can use a road bike and go 'Merckx' to obtain a 30sec time bonus. To 'go Merckx', no aero bars, no clip on extensions, minimum bar width of 36cm, no aero/TT helmets, no disc wheels, wheel rim depth limit of 60mm (we will measure if your wheels look sus). Riders must verbally designate they are going 'Merckx' to the TT start crew. If you do not say anything, you will not be getting the bonus. Do not assume we will just give it to you if you look Merckx.

Timing Chips
RaceResult timing transponders are required. If you do not own one, you may indicate that you'd like to rent one when registering through bikereg.com. Timing chips are to be fixed to your bike's fork using two zip ties, an onsite mechanic can assist if needed. If you are racing both days, please keep your timing chip until you complete your final race of the weekend. Please return your timing chips to the box at registration before you leave. For all rental transponders, a credit card is required to be put on file upon check-out in the event that the transponder is not returned.
Wheels & Wheel Trucks
Riders are responsible for providing their own spare wheels or flat kits to be placed in the support vehicles. Wheels must be labeled in some fashion with the bib number or team of racers whom they belong to. Wheels must be placed in the wheel drop-off zone (labeled on the site map) at least 15 minutes before your start time. Wheels will be returned to this area following the race finishes.
